1. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Eligibility

You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Refunds are available for eligible returned items.

  • Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund at our discretion or upon customer request.


2. Conditions for Returns (Refunds or Exchanges)

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Show no signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

  • Libaas London is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once we receive your return:

  • The item will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection approval (processing times may vary by payment provider).

  • Approved exchanges will be dispatched once the returned item has passed inspection and subject to availability.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at libaaslondonteam@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.

  • In these cases, Libaas London will cover return shipping costs.

  • You will be offered a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.

  • Any customs charges incurred on returned items may be deducted from the refund.
