Returns Policy (Exchange Only)
At Libaas London, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our exchange-only returns policy carefully.
1. Exchange Only: We offer exchanges for items purchased from our store within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. We do not offer refunds or store credits.

- The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.
3. Exchange Procedure: To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via chat within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to exchange, what you would like in exchange and the reason for the exchange.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on how to return the item.
4. Return Postage: Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including postage and packaging. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Libaas London is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.
NOTE :Customers are responsible for any tax charges. Please note that if the customer doesn't pay the tax and the parcel is returned to us, we will not refund the cost of the shipping.
5. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for exchange. If the item passes inspection, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If the item does not meet the exchange criteria, we will contact you to discuss available options

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We have a 14 -day exchange policy, which means You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
